Renorama hired us to edit their site. Then they handed us the marketing.

Client Renorama Carpet & FlooringYear 2026

Renorama Carpet & Flooring runs a real showroom in the GTA and sells over a thousand flooring products through Shopify. We came in on website edits. The search impressions climbed every month after we took over, and the account grew from there into the rebrand, the local SEO, the Meta and Instagram campaigns, and the launch of a brand new showroom in North York.

In short

Meison took over Renorama Carpet & Flooring's website edits, then their full marketing after search impressions improved month over month. The work covers a website rebrand, Shopify SEO across more than 1,000 flooring products, new location and product pages, blogs, a showroom relocation campaign, Meta and Instagram ads, and AI search visibility in ChatGPT and Gemini.

We started with edits. The results made the argument for us.

Renorama had been trading for a couple of years before we touched anything. The first job was small: take over the website edits. Impressions and rankings moved up every month once we did, and the conversation changed on its own - first the rebrand, then the SEO, then the ads, then the new showroom launch. The most honest proof we can hand you about this account is not a number we chose to print. It is that the client kept giving us more of it.

The rebrand, and the mobile menu nobody brags about

Flooring is a considered purchase that starts on a phone at 9pm and ends in a showroom on a Saturday, so the rebrand was built mobile-first. New photography throughout, a front page that asks for one thing - book a free in-home estimate - and proof sitting right where a buyer hesitates: before-and-after work, financing options, real testimonials. Behind it, the catalogue splits into hardwood, luxury vinyl plank, laminate, carpet, tile, and area rugs, with doors, mouldings, and installation next to them and the manufacturer names doing the credibility work. We also spent real time on the mobile menu, which is the least glamorous and most valuable thing on the whole build. If someone cannot find flooring categories with a thumb in four seconds, nothing else on the page matters. See our web design work for how we run builds like this.

A thousand products, and the pages to hold them

A Shopify catalogue this size either becomes a thousand chances to rank or a thousand near-identical pages fighting each other. We rebuilt it as the former: product pages with a reason to exist, location pages for the areas Renorama actually serves, and blogs answering what people ask before they spend four figures on a floor. One intent per page, no cannibalising. That is most of the SEO job on a store this size, and it is why the impressions kept compounding instead of plateauing.

Then they moved the showroom

A relocation is not a design task. It is a local search event. Your address is stitched through your Google Business Profile, your citations, and every directory that has ever listed you, and the day it changes, all of that quietly starts pointing customers at a building you no longer occupy. So the move got treated like the launch it was: the old location struck out, the new one pinned, hours, the new North York address, and the phone number placed where nobody has to hunt for them. The campaign existed for one reason - to make sure not a single customer drove to the wrong door.

Now we are teaching the AI who they are

The current work is AI search. There is no trick to it, whatever the market is selling this quarter: ChatGPT and Gemini assemble answers out of live search results, so ranking is the entry ticket and everything else is structure. That means pages an AI can retrieve cleanly, clear entity signals about who Renorama is and where they sell, and content that answers a question in a way worth quoting. It is the same discipline as AI search optimization everywhere else. Do the search work properly and the AI follows.

The part most agencies skip

Renorama works because the scope grew at the speed of the results, not the speed of the pitch. If you want a rebrand, a store, ads, and AI visibility all switched on in month one, we will take the money and you will probably waste some of it. Start with the thing that is provably broken, prove the fix, expand. That is the whole method, and it is why we are still on this account.
